iam new to the dreambox 500S could any one tell me what channels you can get.Already have sky can i get such as the movie channels free with the deambox if its patched

No - you can only get the Sky channels you are subscribed to as you need the card in the DB.

The channels available with the DB change from week to week, but Premiere, D+, TPS, etc have been available recently
