Well my Dream is turning into a nightmare! 'O'-red
Now only does this thing have the worst tuner available.
but I also cannot get it to work with a Cryptic DiSEqC mount.
Set it up following the instructions to the letter Lon /Lat etc...
it forst thought Hotbird was at 0degrees well it moved from 0 to 13 then back to 0! it would not move to 19deg. then it managed to move to 28.8 ok but will not move anyware now! cables cheched and ok.
I think I need a priest its obviously possessed by something evil 'O'
Anyone got a clue?
Thanks

Hi Artemis
This sounds strange
On the motor setup screen do you have goto XX selected; Then after entering long and lan press the blue button for next screen. What happens then when you select a satellite ?

Hi
thanks for the reply
I have the goto X function enabled
On the next screen it I try to move function it dosn't move now, the first time i tried it it did!
Sadly I don't have another DiSEqC receiver ATM. to test it with so i can't rule out the motor.
If I select a sat i get the message "moving to <sat position>" but nothing moves.

What motor are you using ?
I think you might have answered your own question, obviously when you goto the next screen and step east or west the motor should move.

Check all the connections again before checking things like the satellite.xml file.

Good luck
