Hello All,

please could somebody help me and explain how you set up a dish with 2 LNB's. i Have put up numerous sat dishes up but this does kinda confuze me a bit.

I would call myself an amater installer but would like some assistance on this Dual LNB problem.

The two satellites i would like to pich up is the two Greek satellites, Sirus 42 degrees east and Hotbird 13 degrees east. Where do i face the sat to and how do i place the LNB's.

I would greatly appreciate any help !!!

Thank You in advance !!!

RS Andy :)

Get your satellites sorted out - Sirius is at 5E, and at 42E is Turksat! :D

There are Greek services on 39E!! :D :D

That separation is too great for a normal offset lnb configuration - you need to go motorised, or install 2 dishes.

29 degrees is a very wide spread for a single dish, 42E is the weaker of the two from the UK, but you don't say where you are (this is what the location field is for in the registration template).

Well it will be from London were i hopefully would be picking up the Greek Sats from.

I tell u why, i have been to a house and seen these two satellites set up like this. I could not ask how this was done cos me relatives are old and if i started talking about dishes they would of probably brought out their best China :D

You may be able to pull them in with a Raven Gemini 90cm with East and West LNB offset Brackets, I guess that you would want as the others have said 39E Hellas Sat.
