What specifically do you need to know mate ?

There is an enormous amount of information here and several sections covering both topics. If you trawl through the site and still don't find what you are after
then try again with a question with a slightly less diverse scope and we will try to point you in the right direction :)

Happy hunting...

No there isn't I'm afraid uriah, problem is that the whole scene changes at such a pace, that what is useful today, tomorrow will be yesterday's news. There is a site in the sticky at the top of the CAMs and decoders section which gives information about the different CAMs available and how they can be flashed. A good site for information about smart cards and their programming is www.duwgati.com. The rest you can find out here, just need to burn the midnight oil on reading the threads. :)

I would also like to know what the difference it is between the CAMs and why some are more preferred than others, i can't find any info on this....

Another question is about all these files that arrives from the so called groups, do they have their own homepage as the files are spread on all sites and it seems a bit confusing when you don't know the source of the file.
