They mostly targeted the camping market since almost everywhere has cable TV, and there is already Canal Digitaal as competition. As of yet things are continuing as normal, and the website doesn't say anything about the administration.

all Joyne's encrypted channels are switched off (only the name and EPG will be read)

the fta channels including EnjoyTv, NashvilleTV, NL Regional 1, NL Regional 2, SchlagerTV and TV Oranje are still available

Thanks for the update. I was going to buy a subscription at the end of last year. Good thing I didn't!

I think Joyne handles the distribution of the FTA channels so that would indicate the issue was something to do with encryption or content providers rather than Eutelsat fees.

If that is the case, I wonder if the (paid-)content provider(s) were the ones that filed for the insolvence?
I read that the owners weren't the ones, filing for the insolvence.

Yes, it seems like Joyne didn't file themselves. That might explain why there's no trace of it anywhere on their official channels, and the fact that they still seem to be selling subscriptions.

Strange that there hasn't been any communications. Their preview channel was running as normal.
