triax 1.1 tm 1500ci+ dm patch. Moteck 2100. Intel 4300 based pc . LG7500. 32" lcd

I watch a lot of footy and I need to record it quite often. I am about [day or so] to buy a LG 7500 which is in my budget. From Currys.
Does anyone have one, or, any advice would be welcome.

Tm1500 not SKY

Sky HD, TM6800HD, Manhattan Plaza ST550 and TM1500 CI+. 1.0m dish and 36v motor, Panasonic DVD HDD recorder and Panasonic video/DVD recorder. Sony G800 HD TV stand/surround system + Sony KDL40W2000. Infinity USB, Elvis, CAS1, CAS2.

I'm not sure that this machine has 'time slip' so you can't watch a recording until it's finished. Also can you dub from the hard drive to a blank DVD. Both of the above I find vital but you may not of course. If you do want those facilities you best check.

It does time slip and you can record films and write a dvd etc..but these machines are still a bit new technology wise and some have, allegedly, been shipped faulty. According to the man in Currys LG are responsible for the gurantee after 28 days, until then you can get a store replacement. In an ideal situation there would be 20 owner replies all good. I have ordered one online £199 inc del and I can return it to a store if it goes wrong 28days after that LG. Thanks for your interest.

Just thought I'd let you know it came yesterday currys £199 inc delivery. Have not read instructions yet, but plugged it in had a fiddle and bingo recorded Madagasca for some little realatives, on timer, for what I want its going to be great[football and films] The picture, [all scarted] is excellent. No more rewinding, can't find it, accidently over recorded it. There are a good selection of imputs and outputs, like to sound system.
Does anyone know about region 2? can I flash it ? thanks.
