I'm Trying to connect an Echolink 777 box

I have bought a R/C from RM Accessories-it didn't work--everything else works on the receiver- so I think it was the wrong coding they sent me ( now returned and credited 
)-- does anyone have a spare R/C for this unit, please, know where I can get one -- or any other ideas how I can move forward ?I am just trying to set up my first Sat link !!--Thanks David:-worship
