Echostar 2110 2CI show only running dots

My Satellite Setup
Win XP
digital and analog SAT
My Location
Frankfurt
Hello my unit dont boot from standy to on
and show only running dots arround the display.
I already loaded the newest firmware and bootstrap from Echostar Page.
Do anybody has an idea what this can be ?

I am having the same problem, except I can't load the new software onto mine..how did you do it and what version did u load?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. THE PART YOU NEED IS THE FLASH ITS'VERY EXPENSIVE TO FIX
