Eli Wallach, Clint Eastwood's oppo Tuco in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, has died aged 98.

Also played bandits and villains in Westerns such as The Magnificent Seven and How The West Was Won.

Best known for those roles, he had a respected career as a character actor over six decades.

RIP Eli.
