Scottish Power will then send an energy saving lightbulb to the address you texted.

Received one this morning, it’s a Phillips 20W one (20W = about 100W normal bulb) which was good as I thought they might send one of the 11W ones, which are slightly dimmer than a normal 60W bulb.

They seem to send them anywhere in the UK, I saw it on a bus stop add here and it didn’t seem to have any restrictions except one per household, have also seen it on some freebies forums and there was no mention of it being Scotland only there either.
