enterd polsat key didnt work do i have to do something else

al keys ok but channel still black

where are you getting your keys? As Polsat update so frequently it's best to have an AU system, you can find the latest keys here:

yes im using the last one on that page it is the first time i put keys in
i think i got au system what that mean anyway

do i have to set default key or something

Hi pothead13,
if you're using the correct keys Polsat should be open, which channels have you been trying, and what equipment are you using ?
If nothing else works try deleting the problem channels and re-scanning.
