Essex girl hit by an XR3i on a crossing, knocked unconscious, ambulance turns up, as she is coming around, the ambulance man says "how are you gal? bit woozy" she says, just test for concussion" he says, "how many fingers have I got up"? he says, "Ahhhh she screams, "I've lost all feeling from the waist down"!
