Thanks, that's why I wrote "IF going to 39°E", had my doubts already!
So then arrival at 34.5°E could be on July 7.

Did you notice the strange TT&C in C-band at fcc.gov? 3700.5, 3701.0, 4197.5 and 4198.0 MHz.
I wonder if this is correct, since HS3 should not have C-band payload.

Currently HS3 has turned on 3700.50 RHCP and 4198.00 LHCP

Also HS2 use telemetry in C-Band 3952.00 LHCP

I just checked and the satellite is about 32,2°E, so the TLE are correct.. I will take a further check in a few hours to see if it has stopped or is still in moving to east.

The satellite was stabilized at 34.5°E and turned on two beacons in Ku-band. 11450,00 H and 11700,00 V

They should start testing soon...

.. Have been monitoring Ka Vertical range for a few days with no activity seen. Changed to Horizontal for a spell of monitoring and this came up just now on a previously flat unoccupied Horizontal plot.
Has got a good strength so quite easy to locate. Not 100% sure but i think beacons will be Linear as there was no sign of this signal when in Vertical lnb mode.
Starting to get interesting ...
** Now just dropped carrier, flat H band again.
