No, that signal comes from the Express AM7.. The last carrier was around 7:00AM (CEST time), since then there is nothing in the spectrograms.

After a very active period a few weeks ago on the Ka band downlink into the UK showing only empty but very many carriers across the band, we then had no activity at all for the last week. Today has seen the return of a strong single stationary carrier here in the UK that has been up from very early this morning but sadly still no content.
