In-orbit test location is not revealed, but both Eutelsat 7A and 7B were tested at 1.6°E.

With BulgariaSat-1 @ 1.9°E the old Eutelsat test area @ 1.6° east may not be practicle so Eutelsat 7C will probably test @ 12.5°west as this location has Eutelsat only a couple of active transponders ATM on Eutelsat 12 West B (incl. 0.2°),

Then maybe 7A will move to 12.5 west after 7C has completed tests here @ 12.5 west or a yet to be revealed location.

T-16 was manufactured by Airbus Defence and Space and will provide high-power broadcast services in Ku- and Ka-bands. Being flexible, the spacecraft can be operated from five orbital slots (from 99° West to 119° West) and will cover the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. T-16 is designed for a lifetime of 15 years.

This is the progress made in altitude and inclination during the last 1.5 month.
Since inclination during LEOP of an electric satellite normally decreases in a quite straight line, I'd say check again in October.

I got my info from Flysat TRACKER which shows this satellite at 116.98 west. Thanks to hvdh for the update. New year I would guess before operational.
