Have you come across any websites where Firefox is a no no ?

These two are negatives

(1) Microsoft.com ... really O-Ha

(2) UK Job Centres... eeek

The UK National Lottery site secure pages won't work with Firefox, nor will the secure pages on my trade supplier's site either. :)

Although my bank's site says it probably won't work, it actually does. :)

Yes, I use Firetune. I've enabled the "Other Optimisations" and still no macromedia flash sites work.

It's installed on my PC 'cos if I switch to IE then they work straight away.

If you have "Adblock" then that is most likely your problem. Simply unchecking it in the preferences menu should clear the issue ;)

Hi
Thanks for your help.
I'm not using Adblock but did follow the other advice on that site that you recommended.
I'm not using Flashblock and do not have Quicktime installed.

I've re-installed ActiveX and the ActiveX test
http://members.aol.com/jrzycrim01/mozilla/wmp/wmpaxtest.html
does not work.
Also
Shockwave and Flash player still not working.
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/

It seems some others have this problem too. I tried a few weeks ago (when I updated to v1.07) to get Flash player to work but gave up. I just switch to IE when a site tries to use Macromedia.

Very frustrating though!
