Fitco 3000Gold turn off after 12seconds

Hello,
i have posted a question for Fitco 3000Gold firmware, and no answer for yet.
I try to download software from 2 set, and after this opertaion(complete:GOOD), the second receivers has this new software,but its turn off after 12seconds..
This's my problem if someone can help.

You must to reset your receiver to the factory default before and after downloading a new software !. C est la regle !!!
