Fixin Twin LNB to only one receiver

I am going to fix my motorised (metronic 450908 Motor by maplin) dish (80cm) this w/e. but I am not sure to about the twin LNB (.6 db) .
Will it be ok to fix as I only have one Receiver (silvercrest SL65).

It actually came with it when I bought the system last Nov in LIDL but there was no motor with it.

Yes that'll be fine, just make sure you weatherproof both LNB connections after you fix the dish position.
