Here is another interesting one called Melodyzen.tv on 9° east
Did not have a lot of fish but it is constantly showing beaches,oceans and such from all over the world (including coordinates), and the sounds are live, i.e waves, birds etc. Maybe not as challenging as the fish video stations, and the presenters are not as smooth, but still a good alternative

Not a station, but a favourite piece of music of mine is 'Aquarium' by Saint-Saëns, from Carnival Of The Animals.

Often used as stock music on TV, films etc.
