Problem. A software 20060616_SR-X3500CUCI_V337(&335,&336)_ULTRA without keys:
- Sirius 5E RTI via2 id:019410 (INTER). To enter from the remote control it is impossible.
- Without many BISS keys for Ukrainian, Russian & Belarussian channels.

How repair this situation?

Hello nhfs49,

I have a starsat sr-c10 and I downloaded the upgrade files(loader&bin file) form the starsat website: stb upgrader ver 4.0.1. I have connected the serial cable to the pc and when i run the loader program,I get an error message: "Read Dump cmd1 error!" Do you know how to fix this or an alternative way to upgrade my receiver?

I was told that i have to remove the current firmware before upgrading but I don't know how,a picture step by step guide/tutorial would be appreciated

nhfs has not logged in since April so do not expect an answer anytime soon, in any case upgrade files are old hat now and rarely used
