Hi - I'm trying to find out whether I can attach a fortecstar 1.2 metre dish directly to a Jaeger 1224 motor with the standard components supplied. This dish and motor with .3 LNB is available from www.satellitesuperstore.co.uk for £300 (plus £17 extra carriage). However if I get the 1224 motor from www.satcure.co.uk at £149.75 (all inc) and the dish with .3 LNB from www.satellitesuperstore.co.uk for £110, it reduces my total bill by about £57. If the dish and motor are not strictly compatible, I imagine that any engineering work necessary would be pretty straightforward but I'm worried about unforeseen complications. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

think you need to do some more looking seen that dish unboxed for £70 but it was collection only.
