Not so for the Beeb, who decided to move the race from BBC1 to BBC2 for tennis, and Sky+ did not pick this up - so got 3 hours of tennis instead..... and then they move the forum from the red button to online only for snooker!!!!

Sorry for my absence yesterday - a tree fell across our phone line & snapped it! BT were out at the crack of dawn & fixed it.

So a day late here is the final podium for our game:



Congratulations to Norm Pete & Topper - and there were only 32 points between the top three.


As usual a big thanks to Maverick for running the game, and to everyone who takes part in the forum.

The game will return in 2016 - probably sometime round the end of January. This thread now reverts to the off season chat format until the new season starts

ITV's coverage was a bloody shambles last time they had it - I think everyone was most thankful when it went back to the Beeb

Channel 4 are taking over the coverage - with no advert breaks
