Found an ideal Monoblock, but can't find anywhere that sells it!

Recently installed a 65cm dish and its currently pointing at 19.2E (I have another dish at 13.0E already that I'd ideally not touch).

I've found this Monoblock Quad Triplefeed 23mm LNB, 19.2˚E + 23.5˚E + 28.2˚E for 65cm dish (IDLM-QUDM22-TRPOO-6PP) that allows me to get 19.2E+23.5E+28.2E on a single 65cm dish... So sounds absolutely perfect.

Only issue is, it only seems to exist on the inverto website! I cannot find a single place that sells these. Given its probably for the dutch market, I wondered if others had a better resource/shop?

I think that 90% of the stuff on their site seems to be either vapourware or has a 10k Euro+ MoQ.
You could try asking Newsat LTD It's not listed but they have a good relationship with Inverto apparently.

Even second-hand, the triple LNB 19-23-28 is not easy to get in the Netherlands.
(I believe it isn't manufactured, anymore.)

You could also use a 13-16-19 triple LNB for 80/85cm dish on your 60/65cm dish, see: Vraag over vervanging triple lnb
It might be that the antenna pre-skew is not matching the Astra satellites, though. Not a big deal, however, if you have strong reception anyhow.

Ah ok. Thanks. So a 80cm Monoblock will also work on a 65cm dish? I hadn't realised that.

I could do a 19.2/13.0E dual Monoblock and then realign my 45cm dish to 28.2 again... (sigh).

Not quite. Read my sentence carefully:
You could also use a 13-16-19 triple LNB for 80/85cm dish on your 60/65cm dish, ...

The feedhorn distance of this 13-16-19 triple LNB for 80/85cm has about the same feedhorn distance as the 19-23-28 triple LNB for 60/65cm (for our regions in Europe). That is why.

Manufacturers usually only mention the dish size and meant-to-aim satellites, not the feedhorn distances of the monoblocks/tripleLNBs though. That's a pity.

That's a just 45 cm dish.
Not sure if you can get all channels on that, and on top of that: the satellites will require ever-bigger dish-antennas over time.

Also the LNB head will probably need rain protection, to keep good reception.

So alas I guess that will not be a solution for the far future...

thats an interesting point. I have a 45cm dish here (old Sky one) that happily gets Astra/Hotbird today, hadn't thought about it degrading over time... I'd also done research showing that the TechniSat square 45cm dishes perform like a 60cm dish. But that could just be marketing.

From your comment on the feed horn, it sounds like on a 65cm dish with a Monoblock 19/23/28 are achievable with some effort?

Also why will satellites require larger dishes over time? do they drift out of orbit/power reduces over time?

Your question meaning that it could be bought, secondhand...?
I don't know about that, in the UK. But it could be tried.

That's because they want to have ever-more numbers of programs on one transponder, even of HD and 4K densities, and so they change (deteriorate) the specs of the signal of the individual programs.

Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
The wider the bandwidth for the new digital HD and 4K signals the lower the RF power, there is only so much available transponder power on the satellite, and no way to pump it up, especially on the older satellites that were originally designed for an analog signal transponder.

ive seen a 13/16/19/23.5/28.2 used on a zone 2 sky dish, they used narrow feed lnbs to give them more adjustment.
