free to air

Can anyone tell me if the free to air channels.Canal Andulucia&Canal Canarios and the other two Spanish channels have moved from Astra because I can't get a signal on my Strong 4375 and I could get them alright last week.But I did hear that Hispatsat had put a new sat up last week and I wondered if the spanish channels had moved to it.I'm learning Spanish and I watch these channels regularly

NEW FREQUENCY FOR the FTA SPANISH CHANNELS
G`Day,

The Spanish Canal Digital Satellite has now left the following frequencies on Astra 19°E:11.934V, 12.522V, 12.246V, 12.285V, 11.973V, 11.895V and 12.441V, (some have already been re-allocated to the french provider "Canal France Satellite")
The FTA (free to air) Spanish channels Canal Canarias, TVC International, Andalucia TV, ETB Sat and TéléMadrid Sat are now on Freq:11,686V, SR:22000, FEC:5/6,
