Free TV or Pay Tv and which satellite?

My Satellite Setup
To be set up, i'd say Humax KU
My Location
Australia
I wish to get the ettv, yoyo, and other Taiwanese TV stations for my Taiwanese fiancee. What is the best way, and the cheapest, I will have a Humax and KU only

It is difficult to answer you as the satellites you can see over there in Oz we cannot see here in Europe so go here and pick your region then choose your programs to watch
Or you could watch a couple of Thai stations streaming on the web by clicking here and scrolling down to Thailand
