Step away from the TV, and put down the remote control slowly.

Hey bet these would sell well on a Sunday market ;)

Take care
Chris.

Should keep her busy, here's a few facts i found -

As a guide you need 29400 Steps to burn off a Big Mac Meal, and that would take you around 5 Hours at a steady walking pace.

A Starbucks Latte requires 7000 steps to burn off, around 1 hour at a steady walking pace

Will we ever eat again ?

Chris.

Since the Super Size Me challenge at my local MacDonalds i can no longer fit into normal day clothes and do not have a pocket in my jim-jams,so the journey from my bed to the tv in the lounge is hardley going to register on the Ped-o-meter sellotaped to my beer-belly.....phew..i need a pie.....

Thanks, ust ordered mine.

Now let's see, there are 13 steps up to the bedroom, it's about 20 from the front door to the car and about 50 steps at the other end to my little office.

Hope I don't overload it.

Received my pedometer on Saturday and fitted it yesterday (Monday) morning.

I walked 3089 steps yesterday and 3462 today (with about 1/2 an hour to go before I go to bed).

To put this in context, according to a talk I was present at last year the latest government reccomendation is that you should aim for 10,000 steps per day!.

Does anyone get anywhere near that?

I fitted mine, and walked up the shop to buy some crisps.

It read -367 when I got back.

Unimpressed, I blu-tacked it to my washing machine (three days ago), and it's already been round the clock twice!

Thank goodness. I thought I wasn't going to get any fitter for a minute...

I put mine on after breakfast today (wearing it as discreetly as I could), it’s now showing just over 13500 steps, and over half of them where in the rain...:-ohmy

Mine arrived last monday, it packed up today, I put in a new battery, still not working. I will send it back as per instructions supplied, they say that they will replace it and refund my postage. Seems a good deal for free. I'm really surprised at how many steps per day I have been doing.
