I am new to this forum, and want to know if anybody can help me in finding the supplier of Free X TV Cards of Conax for India which is coming on Insat 2E/3B at 83.0degree east, I will be very thankfull to them.

I doubt you will get many replies to your post as this is a predominantly UK based forum and thus most members will not be able to see the sat you mention as it is below our horizon.
