My Satellite Setup
Quad LNB - EMP-Centauri Multiswitch - Freesat
My Location
SW France
Whilst watching Freesat on one of our Quad outputs, this particular box will cut off whilst watching TV and say No Signal. If I then remove the Sat input from the back of the box and re attach, the box continues working. Anyone know how to resolve this? Is the box dead?

Can you try with a different LNB? Try a different box on that output from the quad? If the box in question is a few years old maybe check for bulging capacitors in power supply

Is it a Goodmans box? They don't like certain LNBs and lose voltage switching on polarity, by either sending too high or too low voltage, seems worst on Zinwell LNBs. In fact had to swap one out at the weekend, problem solved.
