Is there such a patch that will unlock freeview on a TM 4200D Combo

unlock freeview? no such thing!

if you mean, FTA, then yes, there is a patch for the 4200!

Nothing available at present. Not too likely either as it's such a limited market and available for humble money. Your best hope is that someone (who knows far more than I) will treat it as an intellectul challenge.
