hi i just bought a secondhand echostar 3000ip with twin lnb pointing at astra 19.2 east and hotbird 13.0 east and after i tuned it in and inserted my new super x-cam only found the digital + package clear but the sky italia still scrambled the person in the shop recommended i delete the sky italia package and re-tune because the pid were wrong.
after i deleted all the package so only the anoluque were left.
i press the menu on the remote and the reciever as frozen i also press the button on the reciever thinking it could be the battery but still the same happened.
any ideas because at the moment i can't even get into the menu to watch astra or to anything with it .
