GSat-6A is similar to GSat-6, having both S- and C-band, and should go to 83.0°E as well.
TT&C on 4190.976, 4198.272 and 4199.760 MHz.

Launch planned March 29 at 11:26 UTC.

Gunter's space page says: "5 C × S transponders (9 MHz bandwidth), 5 S × C transponders (2.7 MHz bandwidth)".
GSat-6A will be used mainly for military mobile communication.

ISRO's record of launching satellites is just flawless... I myself am, surprised... on how good they ve become. :rolleyes:

'This is the second mission failure for Isro in six months, with the previous one being the PSLV-C39, a failure in whose heat shield failed to put into orbit Isro’s navigation satellite IRNSS-1H, which is scheduled for a fresh launch later this year'

yeah.. I guess, few are just bound to fail !! Guess, I casted my evil eye on their success too early.. lol. :lol:
