Since my post above of 2019, Galaxy 25 spent some time at 66.13°E.
And recently left this location, drifting 4.45°W/day.
Intelsat Ephemeris shows a new location (30.0°E), but at the same time shows this:

YEAR MONTH DAY HOUR MINUTE SECOND
2022 12 19 00 00 00

THE EPHEMERIS VALUES ARE:
LM0 LM1 LM2
DEG. E DEG/DAY DEG/DAY/DAY
16.0254 -4.4500 (MINUS) 0.000275

Launched in 1997, this is probably graveyard orbit, not a relocation.
