Is (brain) aneurysm the same / similar to subdural hematoma ?

If so the term 'head injury' is a bit of a curve ball.

Without doing any research (!) my opinion is that an aneurysm can happen without any injury. I think it's effectively a blood vessel that bursts due to a weakness in the vessel wall. A haematoma is a posh way of saying a bruise which is as a result of a trauma of some kind. So it sounds like they could both be a problem in the brain.
