gemini 2.40 & 2.50

I have Tryed both images and get the same problem
some channels wont decode and on 2.50 its tell me there is no signal
but when i go back to 2.20 without changeing the dish postion it works fine

All network and mounts are ok and i have rescaned the sat (1w) and the problem still appears any clues on what may be happening

It may be because of the DisEq switch setting.
Try this one. Select a channel and then goto Menu 6 2. You are in Service Searching Menu now. Scroll down to Satfind press Ok. Now you could see Satellite & TP Options. Select the Satellite and then select the Transmitting TP. Then press Ok. You may get the signal locked. Press Exit....Exit... Till you come out from all Menu Level. If you signal locked you can see the picture. But before all these steps check the DisEq settings. Reply me if you could receive the channel

Well it worked in the end after 5 trys and reboots i got it to accept there was channels there must have been a bad load of image the 1st 4 time
