German Premier film channel

I own a HD receiver that receives certain european channels, to obtain a
picture on the German Premier film channel, which type of additions would I require, such as cams & cards etc ? and how would I be able to receive them.
Has any members any suggestions, it would be appreciated.

Don't know what receiver you have, but I use a Diablo CAM with the latest Stealth firmware in my Humax HD for Premi*re Film.

I understand there have been some problems with unofficial cams in the Pace, particularly the Dragon/TRex. Maybe the Diablo works better, but not having this receiver, I can't really advise.
