Sorry, but Potatoes with Chicken! There ain´t many potatoes, plenty of chicken, but a distinct lack of the Irish favourite! That´s why it´s Greek, due to austerity measures the Greek government stole ( borrowed ) the rest of the spuds!

Yeah, if I was to make this recipe (really must do so soon cos the thought of it makes my mouth water!!) I'd add more potatoes, cos potatoes soaked in garlic, lemon and herbs roasted to perfection are great, well, I assume so, cos I've yet to make it...

Cannot disagree, when I make my Estafado, I always roast my potatoes in garlic butter to go with it!
