Hi all. My customer has a basic Technomate receiver. He was watching GRTS happily on 7E until it got moved to 5W. Today I have been round to realign his dish but when scanning it doesn't pick up the channel. I noticed on Lyngsat that the transponder is 4124 L. Now this is news to me because I've added transponders before but they all go something like 11054 V.

Can anyone give me some pointers? Is GRTS now an encrypted channel?

It's still FTA and as it's on C band you'll want something like a 1.8m dish and C band LNB.

A 1.8 mtr?! Wow, that's big. He currently has an 80cm so that would explain it along with a standard LNB.

It's the first time I've come across this so thanks for the advice

Few people have the room or inclination to put something that big up.....
