Geo-Kompsat-2A is a South-Korean meteorological satellite.
Location will be 128.2°E, TT&C on 2283.212 MHz.

GSat-11 is an Indian data communication satellite (Ku- and Ka-band)
Location will be 74.0°E, TT&C on 4194.864 and 4198.560 MHz.

Successful launch on 4 December with Ariane 5.
GSat-11: 43824, 2018-100B, inclination < 1° so looks good.

Geo-Kompsat-2A will be arriving at 128.2°E just about today.

GSat-11 seems to have taken an in-orbit testing location near 74.5°E.
