Haggard read your guide about 50 times. This is the story so far...
Opened hdd and fpd ts files to be joined,
got the ok there and now 1 ts file,
the movie wont play with my dvd player 5,
Still went ahead with project anyway,
Put the ts file PVAStrumento to make ps,
Now it will play in dvd5 icon,
Have the english audio now mpa file, along mpv,
Now to TMPGenc, where is wont accept these files..
Any ideas ????

How did the few .ts files become one? Loaded in right order into PVA?
The O/P of PVA was an .mpg right?
and TMPGEnc wont have it. It can be fussy.
Try dragging the .mpg file into the TMPGEnc window where the video file name is.
If that doesnt work, use PVA to demux and make an .mpv and .mpa
You should be able to drag the .mpv file into video file slot in TMPGEnc
and .mpa into audio file slot.
Come back if this still doesnt work.
It is clear to me that .ts from different senders behave differently in PVA and TMPGEnc

Have the mpv & mpa, deleted the other ones as getting mixed up with all the files. Will try dragging. Was trying to load triple x in flash wiz and locked it up again. Have to log off .Got it from sat-net. back in a mo.

Ah, welcome to the plethora of file names!
First thing I do is to shorten the .ts file names which often contain directors grandmother. So e.g. Sleep.ts, Sleep.ts.001 for Sleeping dictionary.
Then you get Sleep.mpv and Sleep.mpa from PVA if you just load all the .ts up.
Then I top and tail in MPEG2schnitt
by loading in .mpv (.mpa is found auto)
this gives -> Sleepcut.mpv and Sleepcut.mpa (must change filename or else it will overwrite)
Drag these to TMPGEnc and do whatever (I take the logos and/or subtitles out if archiving). This makes Sleepcut.mpg with which I make an iso and a DVD and THEN I delete all the files.
I make a folder SLEEP in which ALL these files go and then it can be dumped at the end when I have a DVD.

Ah this is enough for me. files all over the place. FU**ed at the moment. What i used to do is play the film off dreambox through the DVD recorder, recording it to lend out if any good. Think this is what i will do, Nackered phew. Got the audio one in ok but the video wont go in.
