Has Star Tv disappeared on 42 east?

Guys I did a Turksat install last week but couldn't find Star TV.

According to kingofsat this is the frequency but I couldn't find it, anyone have the frequency?

11054 H is on the Eastern beam, can't be received with a standard size dish Steve.

Or any normal hobby sized dish - you might stand a chance with a 4m dish!

Ah OK... it used to be on 42e according to my customer, I installed an 80cm dish with a decent Infinito LNB, they get all the other stuff off that bird OK, is there any way they can receive this channel? Is there maybe an internet alternative?
