Hauppauge win tv dvb-s and DiSEqC

Before buying this card I'd like to know whther it supports DiSEqC or not.
I'd like do use a motorized satellite dish.
How does the hauppauge's software work? , can I directly write where the satellite is?....is it also in the win2k's beta version?
