Hellas Sat 2 Help Please

I think there have been changes with the frequency on the Hellas Sat 2 because now im not getting the channels. I had someone come fix it for me before but now I want to do it my self and Im wondering if someone can tell me how to do it step by step. I dont have a motorised Satelite.

If it's ERT / RIKSAT then they have moved to 12606.00MHz
