GSAT-31 arrived at 47.9°E on February 17.
Replacing INSAT-4CR, with Ku-band payload (probably 11.45...11.7 GHz, exact frequency plan still unknown).

Hellas Sat 4 service planned for Q3 2019.
Having both chemical and electric propulsion, seems only sluggish electric is used to raise to GEO.

I thought Hellas Sat 4 would make one more turn around the globe, but it looks they didn't want to wait for that, and used some chemical propulsion!
Now near 37°E, could arrive at 39°E in a few days.
