Help adding channels to digibox

I am having problems adding channels to a grundig digibox on hotbird and hispasat. Most freq are o.k. but some give the message - Too many channels! Even though there are only a few channels already added. I did a software download a couple of weeks ago and the problem seems to be since then. Any help much appreciated.

I'm not an expert, but I'm sure I read somewhere that the capacity to add extra channels is very limited, so you may just have hit that limit.

I have a feeling that its limited to about 50 channels, which is reasonable, but obviously rather short on then number of channels available.
