Hi there,
I recently bought a tboston dvb-4500 at brico depot with the intention of using it to watch the free to air uk channels in France, and it's working fine and I have a great picture. I see a lot of forums on the net talking about tis receiver and it's clones; coship, axil etc. Apparently it can be modified or reprogrammed to receive other coded channels.

My question is, is this true? If so , on which satellite? and is there a guide for complete idiots to tell me how o go about it?

I hope there is somebody patient enough out there to answer these questions. Thanks in advance

There are many threads about flashing the Coship receiver, in the Receiver software section, will move this post to there.
