Help On Starsat 200ci

Please help me,
First i cleaned the old software with the cleaner then i try to put new software for my starsat 200ci plus,but the re is an error
saying that the ID is not matching on the receiver front panel says ER-02. I try even the old version softwares all the same.
only the differance i see on my receiver is near the serial cable port it is writen 2M
please any one can give me an advice to solve the problem and give me the link to new software.

Try the following :

1. Use the attached file to clean;


2. then upload this :

Try this then.

Download the file from the link below and
upload it to your STB using Dreamloader.

After that, try the steps outlined in previous post.
