Help - sky digibox won't switch on!

i live in finland and i have a pace 2500 sky digibox.

if i understand correctly, sky are updating their software this week.
my digibox seemed to be updating this morning, with all the lights on the front panel lit, and the message "updating software. may take up to 10 minutes" on the screen.

after updating it, the box switched off, and when i tried to switch it on (both thru the remote as well as the front panel), nothing happened! this was still the case about 15 mins after it had finished updating.

what is going on, and what can i do??

obviously i cannot call up sky as i live abroad...

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Jul-02 AT 09:40 AM (GMT)]Disconnect it from the mains supply, leave for 30 seconds or so and then reconnect. If this doesn't work try the same again also taling out the card, but when plugging back in, press and hold the backup button on the digibox, this will force an update which may cure the problem.
