I've just installed a motor and can pick up channels on all satellites from 28.5E to 30.0W no problem. On 16.0E I can't get BBC Prime on 11554V, I get a 66% signal strenght but 0% quality, although on the same satellite I get 11449H at 77% strength 73% quality and 12563V at 62% strength 53% quality.

Do you think I need to adjust the dish, because I'm getting good quality 90%+ on some sats and seem to have a pretty good arc, I don't want to cock it up if I don't need to.

Any help, cheers.

Welcome to the forum mark2006

11554V 30000 7/8 71% strength 100% FTA quality here perhaps your stb has problems with non regular sr and fec rates?
Ah if you are using a sky digibox then that explains it.... you cannot set the SR to what you need

Do you have a dect phone in the house? If so unplug the base unit and take the batteries out of the handset - that frequency is close to the known problem area they can cause.

If they do not list any symbol rates, then they are probably analogue.
