Help with dreambox 500

I have a dreambox 500 and the guy i bought it from has put a different password and username on it so as when i try and login to dreambox control center i cannot. I was wondering does anybody have links to how websites on how to setup a dreambox 500 for ntl so i could factory reset it to get rid of the password and username or does anybody know of a way of changing the password and username without knowing it. Thanks
