how can i make a copy of a titanium card on to anthor titanium card

You can't easily do it, you would need the software to make a dump from the host card and I don't think that it is generally available.

Why would you want to do this, as the software is readily available, or do you have a dead card?

i wont to make a copy of a card the have "info" that would be useful for watching pay tv. and i am trying to get out of it alot cheapper then buy it.
